Kabsa Rice

Kabsa Rice


  • Ingredients:.
  • 700 gm Guard Supreme Basmati Rice
  • 1 kg Muttons
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Tomatoes (For Tomato Puree)
  • 2 TBSP Tomato Paste
  • 1 TBSP Coriander Powder
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 TSP Cumin Powder
  • 10 gm Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1 TSP Ginger (Chopped)
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Orange zest
  • 4 Cardamoms
  • 4 Pieces of Cinnamon
  • 2 TBSP Cooking Oil
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 1 & ½ TSP Red Chili Powder
  • 1 TSP Paprika Powder
  • 5 Cup Water
    Preparation:.
  • In a bowl, add water and Guard Supreme Basmati Rice, then soak these rice in water for 22-25 Minutes
  • First of all, take a cooking pot. Add cooking oil, onions, Chopped Onions, stir it well
  • Add chopped Ginger, stir it well
  • Now add cardamom, Green Chilies, Carrots, Mutton and stir it well
  • Put Salt, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Cloves Powder, Tomato puree, Tomato Paste, & mix them well
  • Add 5 Cup Water & cook it for 1 & ½ hours
  • Then add Guard Supreme Basmati Rice and put Orange Zest in this
  • Now add Mutton which we have cooked above, and simmer it for 10 Minutes
  • Complete the Garnishing Process with the help of crushed Almonds, Cashews, & Raisins
  • Your tasty Mutton Kabsa is ready to serve
  • Preparation Time: 30 Minutes Serve: 3 People
