Chicken Masala Rice


  • Ingredients:.
  • Chicken boneless (Julian cutting) 200g
  • Rice 400g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion half
  • Green Chili 2 pieces
  • Garlic 4 pieces
  • Red Capsicum (chopped) half
  • Green Capsicum (chopped) half
  • Tomato (chopped) half
  • Red Chili Powder (chopped) half
  • Black Pepper Powder half
  • Soy Sauce half
  • Chili Sauce half
  • Method:.
  • 1- In a bowl, chicken, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, corn flour, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  • 2- Keep in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 3- Now shallow fry the marinated chicken in the cooking oil until light brown.
  • 4- In a pan, add cooking oil 2 tbsp, onion, green chili and fry until light brown.
  • 5- Now, add garlic, red capsicum, green capsicum, tomato and cook for a while.
  • 6- After that, add fried chicken, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, soy sauce, chili sauce, boiled rice and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7- Use green onion for garnishing.
  • Your tasty Chicken Masala Rice is ready now.
    Cooking time: 35 to 40 minutes
    Serve: 2 Persons
