Ingredients
- 4 Karela (Bitter Gourd)
- 2 Potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin coriander powder
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- 1½ tsp Sugar powder
Instructions
Light peel karela and cut in to long strips.
Remove seeds from karela
Peel potatoes as well, and cut in to long strips.
Heat oil in a pan at light flame.
Fry karela till it is made crispy.
Also fry potatoes till it becomes crispy.
Mix karela and potatoes.
Sprinkle red chili powder, salt, cumin coriander powder, sugar and lemon juice on it.
Stir well and serve hot.
