Dum Bindi Masala

Dum Bindi Masala

Ingredients:.

Half kg: Lady finger (cut in long pieces)
Half tin: Chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp: Lemon juice
4 cloves: Garlic
1 medium: Onion
Oil: as per taste
1 medium: Green chilli
1 1/2 tsp: Chilli powder
1 tsp: Haldi powder
1 tsp: Cumin seeds
Salt: as per taste

METHOD:.

Put tin tomatoes, lemon juice, chilli powder, haldi powder, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, salt and onions into the blender. Heat the oil and add all blender mixture into it. Stir it for sometime. Add lady finger into it and stir it softly. Cover the lid of the pan with foil and keep the flame very low for at least one hour. Keep checking it and stiring it, not with the spoon rather by shaking the whole pan intermittently (holding in hands). Also add green chillies into it. Sprinkle fresh coriander on it before serving.
