Pickled Mutton Curry

Ingredients:.
  • Lemon (Four)
  • Curry Leaves (Few)
  • Whole Red Chillies (Ten)
  • Onion (fineley cut) (Three)
  • Garlic (finely Cut) (Eight Cloves)
  • Yogurt (Whisked) (half) Cup
  • Giner (finely Cut) (One) tsbp
  • Coriander Seeds (One) tbsp
  • Fennel Seeds (One) tsp
  • Onion Seeds (One) tsp
  • Turmeric Powder (One) tsp
  • Salt (to Taste)
  • Oil (One) Cup

For Stuffing Chillies:.

  • Green Chillies (Six) (big) 
  • Cumin Seeds (One) tsp
  • Fennel Seeds (One) tsp
  • Mustard Seeds (One) tsp
  • Coriander Seeds (half) tbsp
  • Tamarind Pulp (Two) tbsp
  • Salt (to Taste)
Method:.
Heat oil in a wok and fry onions remove and dry on paper in the same Wok.
Add meat turmeric and salt and cook till water dries then add some ginger , garlic ,coriander , fennel , and one cup of hot water.
Cook for (some minutes) and you can increase your time till meat becomes tender.
Just fry red chillies and yogurt and then squeeze lemon in it and roast cumin , fennel ,mustard and coriander in a shallow pan.
Just grind him together now add some salt and tamarind in the ground masala and just stuff into Green Chillies.
Add Curry Leaves and Onions Seeds and Keep On Dum.
