Ingredients:.
- Mutton (One) kg
- Yugurt (Two hundred fifty) grams
- cream (Hundred) grams
- Hot spices Powder (One) tbsp
- Tumeric Powder (One) tbsp
- Mace and Nutmeg (half) tsp
- Red Chilli Powder (Two) tbsp
- Ginger or Garlic paste (Two) tbsp
- Coriander Leaves (chopped) (As you need) bunch
- Mint Leaves (chopped) (As you need) bunch
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (Half) Cup
- Coriander Leaves and Ginger (finely cut) for garnishing.
- Heat Oil in a pan and fry garlic or ginger till golden.
- Add meat till it changes color and cook.
- Add Coriander , Mint , Hot spices ,Turmeric , Mace, Nutmeg , Red Chillies , Salt, Yogurtand with (one) cup water.
- Cover With Led and Cook.
- Boil almonds and pistachios just peel and (finely cut).
- when meat is tender,fry.
- Add some cream , almonds and pistachios and fry until water dries.
