SHAHI MUTTON KARAHI

SHAHI MUTTON KARAHI

Ingredients:.

  • Mutton (One) kg
  • Yugurt (Two hundred fifty) grams
  • cream (Hundred) grams
  • Hot spices Powder (One) tbsp
  • Tumeric Powder (One) tbsp
  • Mace and Nutmeg (half) tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder (Two) tbsp
  • Ginger or Garlic paste (Two) tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) (As you need) bunch
  • Mint Leaves (chopped) (As you need) bunch
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (Half) Cup
  • Coriander Leaves and Ginger (finely cut) for garnishing.
Method:.
  • Heat Oil in a pan and fry garlic or ginger till golden.
  • Add meat till it changes color and cook.
  • Add Coriander , Mint , Hot spices ,Turmeric , Mace, Nutmeg , Red Chillies , Salt, Yogurtand with (one) cup water.
  • Cover With Led and Cook.
  • Boil almonds and pistachios just peel and (finely cut).
  • when meat is tender,fry.
  • Add some cream , almonds and pistachios and fry until water dries.
  • Garnish with coriander and ginger Just Serve and Your Shahi Mutton Recipe is ready Just enjoy.
